I am a little bit grumpy about Walgreen's today. When I bought three bottles of Listerine there awhile ago I used two manufacture coupons and one register rewards. (Click here to see post) Today I went to buy two packages of diapers and had two manufacture coupons to go with them and I was not able to use any register rewards towards the purchase.
I guess it is a lesson learned for next time. Register Rewards are treated as manufacture coupons and Walgreen's won't let you use both on an item.
If you got a good deal at Walgreen's this week tell me about it, leave a comment.

Last time I was at Walgreen's I swear I was able to use RR and MC on the same candy! I hate it when the rules changes based on the cashier!
ReplyDeleteI have found that if you have more coupons (and register rewards) than items the register will not let you do it. But if you just add a small item like a candy bar or something it will work!
ReplyDeleteExample: this week I got 2 drsholls foot inserts and I have 2 mf coupons along with $5 RR and a $6 RR. So for it to work I had to buy two other items. (clearance is good for that).
The DrScholls are 2/20 and you get a $10 RR.
